About Me (Rituparna Biswas)
I am a trained Kathak dancer from the esteemed Lucknow Gharana, having completed my training under Guru Smt. Sayanee Chavda at Nimagna Cultural Association. With over 15 years of dedicated learning and practice, Kathak has become an integral part of my artistic and personal journey.
Currently, I serve as a Kathak dance teacher at Nimagna Cultural Association and Nrityayan Kathak Academy, where I aim to nurture students with strong foundations in rhythm, expression, and traditional Kathak techniques.
Over the years, I have performed in numerous prestigious programs and cultural events organized by Nimagna Cultural Association as well as several other reputed organizations. I am also an empanelled artist of the Central Bureau of Communication, which has further enriched my experience as a professional performer.
My passion lies in preserving the rich heritage of Kathak while guiding the next generation of dancers with discipline, creativity, and devotion.
